Mintotel Wayanad - Sultan Bathery

Our recent stay exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect for sightseeing and popular attractions were nearby. the room was very clean and comfortable, with an efficient air conditioning system and great amenities. We were pleased with the friendly and attentive service from the staff. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices.

The karaoke and casino amenities were not available.

I was actually surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, the immaculate rooms and facilities made for a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby parking options. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Lastly, I found the staff to be friendly, always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any positive points about my stay at this hotel. Two advertised facilities were missing, I had to ask several times for basic amenities such as toothbrushes and razors, and the linens were dirty. The location seemed convenient, but that was it. Nothing else was up to standards, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions about the local area.

The hotel was lacking in amenities. There was no mini-bar as promised, and I had to request items like tissue and toothpaste. The room itself was poorly maintained, with a shoddy door and no slippers provided. The lack of room service for food was also disappointing. I felt that the hotel did not offer good value for money and was below average compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
